Bachmann Publick House

Bachmann Publik House in Easton PA

Easton offers many historical attractions to visit, including the area’s only surviving 18th century tavern. As the third site of the reading of the Declaration of Independence, you’re bound to find history around every corner! Built in 1753, the Bachmann Publick House is the oldest remaining building in the area. It is located at the corner of Second and Northampton streets.

This building was once a meeting place for political men. It even housed all the signers of the Declaration of Independence! The house is open by appointment for programs and special events. Colonial activities, tea parties and dinner theater performed by the Bachmann Players are some of the favorite visitor events offered. Installed in 2017, the tavern also offers an interactive 19th-century dry goods store exhibit funded by the local Kiwanis Club.

Crayola Experience

Discover the magic of color at the Crayola Experience! This one-of-a-kind family attraction offers creative activities and dozens of colorful entertainment options. The experience offers many different attractions that the whole family can enjoy.

Visit the Activity Studio and use your imagination with the “cut, color and paste” themed projects. Next, go to the Adventure Lab and help resolve colorful challenges using a magic tablet in this immersive game. There is even an option to get a coloring page made just for you! All you have to do is say “cheese” and you can appear in your own coloring page.

After a day of fun, be sure to visit Café Crayola and enjoy pizza and colorful creations. While snacking, visitors can check out the World’s Largest Crayon, “Big Blue.” Made from 123,000 blue crayons, this is a unique must-see attraction!

Sette Luna

Sette Luna in Easton PAOne of Easton’s favorite restaurants, this urban Tuscan trattoria is sure to wow you! Sette Luna offers cozy, candle-lit tables in a warm, inviting location. Enjoy summer nights at the outside tables and step down into the wine cellar for private parties.

In the first year of opening, Sette Luna doubled its capacity, adding a bar and starting an award-winning wine program. After a decade and over a million served, Sette Luna is more excited for the future than ever before. Enjoy the specialty pizza or choose the Sette Luna dinner special with a glass of world-class wine. On Sundays, enjoy a leisurely Jazz Brunch offered until 2:30 p.m.

Nurture Nature Center

Created in 2007 as a response to the ongoing flooding in the Delaware River Basin, the Nurture Nature Center educates visitors on flooding and outreach. With a national reputation for its work in the area, it has greatly expanded its programs for the surrounding community.

Focused on environmental issues and flooding, the NNC’s programs are currently used by governmental organizations throughout the country. Now offering garden programming, a documentary film series, art presentations and youth activities, the NNC aims to amplify its impact within the community.
