Foxlane Homes is currently seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of VP of Operations. This role will oversee many of the functional department leaders, while maintaining accountability and responsibility for the overall success of these teams and their contributions to the Pittsburgh Homebuilding Division. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance and establish strategic direction and drive operations to exceed objectives.
- Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, develop, and retain a productive and highly engaged sales and production team.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure positive profit/loss and to assist the creation and implementation of yearly budgets.
- Work with our Finance Team on analyzing land proformas.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with area land developers, homebuilders, developers, industry consultants and major contractors.
- Responsible for the establishment, monitoring, and achievement of construction schedules for the various product lines as it pertains to quality, budget, safety protocols, products, materials, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales leadership to our sales team – deliver recommendations to ensure our established business plan goals for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue projections are achieved.
- Recommend community pricing and set sales incentives for new and existing communities.
- Influence process efficiencies across the Division for both the sales and production teams.
- Work with architects on new home design development.
- As we continue to grow, creation of standard operating procedures, implementation and execution of new strategies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Candidate will have at least 7+ years experience with a residential homebuilder managing both sales and production.
