Foxlane Homes Delaware is looking for a responsible and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality-built homes and on-time completion. Foxlane Homes is a growing semi-custom homebuilder looking to expand and grow the Delaware team. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service. Sites are currently in Sussex County.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise trade partners
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Order building materials and manage community assets and site budgets
- Communicate with team members and homeowners throughout the homebuilding and warranty process
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional construction project management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is preferred
- Customer facing experience a plus
