Foxlane Homes Delaware is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team! This position is responsible for all of Foxlane Homes community homebuilding projects, ensuring high-quality home construction, supporting Project Manager and on-time completion. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and supervising of all sub-contractors
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Order building materials, manage community assets and site budgets
- Update customers and sales representatives regularly regarding progress of homes under construction
- Other duties as assigned by Project Manager
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Construction knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
