Part-Time Summer Internship / Contract Role
Foxlane Homes is seeking a creative, social-media-savvy Short-Form Content Producer to help capture and create engaging video content across our luxury homebuilding and lifestyle brands this summer.
This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or emerging creative who lives and breathes social media trends, has a strong eye for video content, and enjoys storytelling through short-form platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
What You’ll Do
- Film and produce short-form video content for social media
- Edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and vertical video content
- Brainstorm content ideas, trends, hooks, and concepts
- Capture homes, design details, lifestyle moments, events, and behind-the-scenes content
- Assist with on-site content shoots at model homes and communities
- Help maintain a fresh, elevated, platform-native social presence
- Assist with minor website updates including content changes, image uploads, and basic page maintenance
- Help organize and manage photo/video assets, including maintaining content libraries and organizing marketing visuals across teams and platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content trends
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and editing
- Comfortable filming content on iPhone and/or camera equipment
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing platforms preferred
- Self-starter with strong creative instincts and attention to detail
- Interest in real estate, homebuilding, interior design, or lifestyle brands is a plus, but not required
