Foxlane Homes Philadelphia is looking for a Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician provides warranty and customer care support to homeowners after closing by inspecting concerns, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and coordinating follow-up work. This role requires strong construction knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct warranty service appointments, inspections, and repairs for homeowners.
- Diagnose and address common construction items including drywall, paint, trim, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, and basic building systems.
- Document service requests, completed repairs, and follow-up actions in company systems.
- Coordinate subcontractor work when specialized trades are required.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain maintenance, warranty coverage, and home system operation.
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards, service timelines, and safety requirements.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of residential construction, home repair, maintenance, or warranty service experience.
- Working knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Ability to complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic troubleshooting repairs.
- Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Experience with production home builders, warranty processes, or construction management software.
- Trade certifications or knowledge of local building codes preferred.
