Foxlane Homes seeks an experienced full time Sales Manager to join our team! The Sales Manager will help recruit, hire, train and develop a strong sales team as well as collaborate on setting community pricing, homesite premiums, and recommend ways to maximize revenue opportunities. This position will deliver recommendations and ensure established business plan goals are achieved monthly, quarterly and annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the sales team
- Train and develop a strong sales team
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and oversee sales contract approval process
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize marketing and sales strategies through sales collateral, and the Foxlane Homes website
- Implement market-wide programs for soft openings, grand openings and other community- based prospecting events
- Influence process efficiencies across the Foxlane Division’s sales team

Requirements
- 5 years previous experience as a sales manager in new home building Industry
- PA Real Estate License required
- New residential construction experience required
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to read blueprints
