Foxlane Homes Philadelphia is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team! The Construction Estimator is essential in providing support to the Construction Manager and Costing Manager across the Philadelphia division. This position will play a pivotal role in meeting divisional objections pertaining to profitability and efficiency. In this position you will actively collaborate with the Production, Sales, and Administrative teams to maintain cost consistency, simplify paperwork workflows, and ensure timely communication of information between the office and the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Cost Manager in assessing and regulating construction expenses and profits for homes across various communities.
- Help enhance cost control systems to accurately measure expenses, monitor production variances, and forecast operating results.
- Works alongside the Cost Manager to initiate and uphold contracts and negotiate terms with vendors to optimize value and quality.
- Contribute to the updating and maintenance of sales, pricing, and cost data for both current and upcoming communities.
- Collect pricing form relevant contractors for custom option requests.
- Confirm that all construction phases are captures and that pricing reflects the appropriate profit margins.
- Create takeoffs and review third-party material takeoffs for accuracy.
- Work closely with architects to develop lot-specific architectural plans ensuring comprehensive review, revisions, and final approval.
- Collaborate with Production Administrator to prepare and assess permit applications.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Prior costing experience with a builder or in the homebuilding/construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in sourcing, bidding is also a plus but not required.
